Becoming a Law Review Member
Incoming second-year law students achieve membership in the Law Review via a competitive "write-on" process that tests legal writing and technical editing skills. Second-year students become editors when they complete an original note or comment and gain requisite production experience.
Resources to Help You Prepare
We encourage potential and admitted transfer students to write-on to the UC Davis Law Review. We will post the write-on packet for transfer students at 9:00 a.m. on July 25. It will be due at 5:00 p.m., July 31. Before beginning the write-on, you must complete an honor code form. Click here to access the form. You will not receive a password for the packet if you haven't completed the form.
Please take advantage of the resources above to prepare. If you have questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
