Becoming a Law Review Member
Incoming second-year law students achieve membership in the Law Review via a competitive "write-on" process that tests legal writing and technical editing skills. Second-year students become editors when they complete an original note or comment and gain requisite production experience.

We encourage potential and admitted transfer students to write-on to the UC Davis Law Review. Transfer students write-on during the summer before they begin classes at King Hall.
This year, the competition begins on Monday, August 3, at 9:00 a.m. Completed packets are due Sunday, August 9, at 5:00 p.m. Candidates must complete an online honor code form by Thursday, July 30, at noon in order to compete. (All times are Pacific.) The form is at http://goo.gl/forms/DjBhNdCEdd.
The write-on packet will be posted on this page on August 3, and the password will be emailed to candidates who have completed the honor code form by the deadline. Please see above for helpful resources. For more information, please email email@example.com.
