Submission Process

The UC Davis Law Review is not currently accepting submissions. We will open to fall submissions in mid-August 2016. Please note that we do not accept submissions from J.D. candidates at other law schools or from UC Davis students who are not currently on Law Review. Current Law Review Members should not submit through Scholastica, but should contact the Managing Editor to ascertain when Notes should be submitted for selection.

We accept submissions only via Scholastica or email. We strongly prefer Scholastica.
