This symposium assembles an original collection of empirical studies within the field of wealth transfers — covering a wealth of topics and mining a wealth of alternative troves of data. It is the first such collection within this field. The symposium features contributions by thirteen prominent academics who presented papers at a conference held at the University of California, Davis, School of Law in October 2019.
